The farm includes 64 hectares of lemon and olive groves, a path made of nature and tradition that overlooks the beautiful coast of the Mediterranean Sea. The farm, now certified organic, from the fifth generation extends for a further 10 hectares also to the territories of Sant'Agata di Militello, one of the most beautiful places in the world. The certified organic production includes different varieties of lemons, with harvesting periods that alternate during all months of the year;
Primofiore - the Primofiore lemon is the most classic winter lemon, embodies the generosity of the land of Sicily: lots of juice and precious and fragrant essential oils, strong taste with high acidity, elongated shape and medium-large size.
Bianchetti - the spring lemon with its characteristic pale yellow skin, round and flattened shape, is harvested from April to June. It has a smaller production window than other varieties of lemons, but it expresses an important freshness, with particular notes that conquer. Among its peculiar characteristics there is also a greater shelf life and more intense perfume nuances, thanks to the numerous essential oils contained in the peel,
Verdelli, a variety of Sicilian lemons, The lemon is of caliber 3, 4 and 5 and the weight is around 100g In addition, thanks to its high resistance, is used as food in long expeditions. The period of greatest consumption is the summer from May-June to September-October
